Payment
All registration fees must be paid prior to the meeting. ARM International will confirm your registration when all fees are paid in full.
Methods of payment include:
Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express, simply fill in the number (no spaces).
The number will tell us if it is Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Check – Issue one check, in U.S. funds, made payable to the Association of Rotational Molders International.
IRS Guidelines
IRS guidelines limit the deductibility of certain food and beverage costs to 50-percent of their actual cost. For the purposes of this meeting, $193 is not tax deductible.
Refund Policy
Written (including email) notice of cancellation must be submitted in all cases.
By Friday, September 14, 2007– 100% refund
By Friday, September 28, 2007– 50% refund
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Friday, September 28, 2007.
Attendance Eligibility
Non-Member Meeting Attendance Eligibility
Eligible non-members may attend one ARM International meeting at the non-member registration fee based on any of the following categories:
- Persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other types of business enterprises which are actively engaged (commercial production) in the molding of plastic products through the use of rotational molding equipment or which have purchased machinery and will be engaged in the molding of plastic products through the use of rotomolding equipment within one year.
- Persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other types of business enterprises which supply or have the potential of supplying either products or equipment to the association’s molder members, or supply or provide services to those in the rotational molding industry.
- Persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other types of business enterprises actively and predominantly engaged in the design of products for others, and who are not employed by or otherwise associated on a full-time basis with a business enterprise eligible for regular or supplier membership.
- Educators at a recognized college or university who are teaching or have taught at least one course in a recognized plastics curriculum.
Former ARM International Member Attendance Eligibility
A former ARM International member who remains eligible for membership may not attend an ARM International meeting as a non-member within two (2) years after the termination of its former membership.
